Effective August 30, 2026. This website and its products are operated by Stryan Advisory LLC ("Stryan," "we"). By using this site or purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

Products. Our downloadable tools and templates are digital goods delivered electronically. Each includes a license file stating permitted use; in short: one named user, internal business use, no redistribution or resale. Team licenses are available separately. Payments are processed by our merchants of record (Paddle, or the marketplace you purchased through), whose terms also apply to the transaction.

No professional advice. Our products and content are educational and planning tools, not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them, and no professional-client relationship is created by any purchase.

Intellectual property. Products and site content are owned by Stryan Advisory LLC and protected by applicable law. Purchasing grants a license, not ownership.

Disclaimer and liability. Everything is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Advisory services, when engaged, are governed by a separate written agreement.
